Early detection of errors in the process and semi-product imperfections in the area of tire components has an impact on significant savings in production costs, significantly reduces production waste and increases the quality of semi-products, which has a direct impact on increasing the quality of the final product - tires. To achieve the stated goals, Micro-Epsilon has developed and is constantly improving systems that take into account the difficulty of the application environment (daily temperature changes of more than 10 degrees Celsius, vibrations, dust and chemical substances in the environment) and take into account the needs of the process. An integral part of the production process of measuring systems is their complex testing after the end of the production process, which, in addition to functional testing, also includes the behavior of the systems when the ambient temperature changes, which has one of the most significant influences on the stability of the measuring system.
